Our Lotus Parenting Groups are live, online courses that meet for one hour each week over a six-week period. These groups offer interdisciplinary insights grounded in cutting-edge research from evolutionary neuropsychiatry, attachment theory, early childhood brain development, and the neuroscience of mindfulness—presented in an accessible and practical way.
Our step-by-step method follows the guiding STARR steps, designed to translate theory into everyday life by helping you apply innovative mindful strategies with your family. Each cohort consists of 5 to 10 participants, creating a rich environment for sharing and engaging discussions. Every group participant is also offered a one-on-one parenting session with Dr. Porchet before the course begins.
